FTP Instructions
Login Credentials
While we would like to make the process of logging into our server as easy as possible, open access to our FTP server would open a can of worms in terms of abuse and security risk. In order to access our ftp you would need to obtain the Username & Password. Simply call or email us to obtain the necessary credentials.
Once you have the necessary information, you can login from the following address: ftp://eurocopies.ca or you can use the:

√ Recommended Programs (Free)
For the fastest speed and ease of use, it is recommended that you download Filezilla. Instruction to connect to our server can be found here. Our domain is eurocopies.ca, and just fill in the username and password accordingly.
Other applications are also available, including FireFTP as a plug-in to Firefox browser, and Fetch for Macintosh computers. Many more exists and you can use the one that best suit your needs.
√ Windows Explorer
If you are using Microsoft Windows you already have a built-in ftp client in Internet Explorer, however due to our new servers at Bell, it is a bit more complicated than in the past. We blame Bell & Windows. Don't worry though, just follow the tutorials!
1. It seems to not work? Only appears this way.

2. Ahhhh! Scary message! Relax, just click OK.

3. Don't close the empty window! We can login from here.

4. Finally the login screen appears, whew!
