New FTP Tutorial Available

Since our switch to Bellhosting, we have eliminated many problems with emails. However the behaviour of the FTP server has changed, not acknowleging the existence of itself as a security measure.

However this means that users lost the ability to click on the link in Internet Explorer and be automatically presented with the login prompt.

Don't worry though, we have created a tutorial with a series of screenshots describing EXACTLY how to log into the ftp server in a few easy steps. Just click on the FTP icon on the left to start.
